The main operator station incorporated in Transas network simulators provides the instructor with all the necessary tools for the efficient preparation, editing, conduct, monitoring and assessment of training exercises.

All the aforementioned modules (navigation bridges, helicopters, VTS, crisis management centres) are combined in a single virtual space. This allows training to be conducted at any level, from organizing interaction between the ships and VTS network, to ensuring the safety of navigation in complicated areas under adverse shipping conditions, and to the joint search and rescue operation exercises and emergency response training, including oil pollution, chemical contamination, fires and terrorist acts.
